In the name of property management, in the last 6 months, we have helped a tenant move out (yes, really, actually lifted things!), changed a jammed door lock with our bare hands, plumbed in a washing machine, attached panel A to panel B defeating the instructions of flat pack furniture and allowed a homeless dad the opportunity to be a father again. That’s powerful stuff and we’d gladly do it all again.
