Simon Greenwood

Managing Director

Simon starting working with the business in 2013 and immediately began to champion change, innovation and service improvement. Through internal investment, deploying a new property management platform and most importantly, improving communication with customers. Oakwood has grown in stature and most notably, established itself as a company to watch in the area of innovation and service development. Highly focused and passionate about progress, Simon leads from the front and remains hands-on, frequently visiting sites to meet with both customers and tenants. A keen believer in personal development, Simon is constantly learning and exploring new ways to improve the value offered to clients through increased value and lean processes.

 

 

Wendy Greenwood

Finance Director

Wendy joined the business in 2014 and her eye for detail adds enormous value and has enabled us to offer our customers great account transparency through open and accurate financial management and reporting. Wendy previously worked as a Police Officer and her sense of fairness and doing the right thing shines through in her commitment to ensure both tenants and landlords enjoy working with us.

 

 

Sylwia

Inspections Manager

Sylwia joined Oakwood in 2009 transferring her skill set from her work with Nokia. Her skill in dealing with people, and her attention to procedural detail is a wonderful asset to our business.  Originally from Poland but having long since settled in Worksop, Sylwia is hardworking and committed to each tenant and customer, she leads the way in carrying out periodic inspections to ensure the needs of all parties are being met. Sylwia doesn’t take any nonsense and openly challenges tenants when their standards have fallen short of those expected (tenants.. you have been warned!). We may be biased, but we also reckon she’s one of the most caring people we know.

 

 

 

Jennie Besley

Property Manager

Jennie is originally from the local area but spent some time working for a leading letting agency in Scotland, before returning to her roots when she joined the Oakwood Team in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience with her. With 15 years customer service experience, Jennie thrives under pressure and loves a challenge, always being part of the solution when dealing with day to day operations in the business. Jennie has an eye for presentation and overseas new properties ensuring that the whole process from first contact to tenant match and move in is fully explained and co-ordinated.

 

 

 

Kaisu Gee

Lettings Administrator

Kaisu has been with the team for around 2 years and brings a wealth of experience from her previous schools based administrative roles.  A change of location brought her to transfer her skill set to join the team and soon put her attention to detail to work in processing applications along with a wide range of other functions.  Originally from Finland, and with experience in other sectors, she brings a fresh pair of eyes to the team.  You are likely to speak with Kaisu as one of our key front of house members of the team. 

 

 

 

Natalie Perry

Finance Administrator

Natalie joined the team in 2019 after moving across from the Travel Sector. Living a stones through from our head office, Natalie has good local knowledge and attention to detail which she uses to good effect in processing rent payments and invoices. Natalie also ensures compliance is met across the ever changing legal landscape for the industry and so you'll likely get contact from her when new regulations are introduced. Natalie also ensures statements are accurate and up to date for clients to make their own financial submissions easy to complete.

 

 

 

Kerry Mollart

Lettings Administrator

Kerry Joined the team in 2021 having been an entrepreneur herself in the retail sector for a number of years. The opening came about following an internal restructure opening up one of our front of house roles as a Lettings Administrator. Kerry very quickly put her customer service skills to work, getting to know Clients, colleagues and associates. Kerry’s business mind helps her fine solutions and good value for landlord as she oversees Maintenance management amongst many other things.

 

 

 

Deborah White

Property Manager

Deborah has always had a passion for property and has held multiple property roles in her career. Having qualified previously as a RICS surveyor, carrying out homebuyer surveys, she is in a great position to transfer this skill set to leading the inspections of our managed property portfolio amongst other things. Living in Worksop adds to her knowledge base and the value she adds for clients. Joining the team in 2022, Deborah has quickly demonstrated her value to the team.
