Sharing the LOVE

Its not all Google accounts when it comes to feedback and praise.  Its great that we have many 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook.  Occasionally someone vents their frustration in a similar way and we are always happy to review and respond.  Genuinely this is often when people can't get their own way and we can all feel like that at times.

More common are the little thank you's people drop in an email because its quicker than a formal review and not everyone has an account. S0......., we thought we'd share the love by sharing these with you when we get them.

Here is an email from a recent landlord who needed his house back in order to sell it.  The tenant had struggled during COVID and there was £95 rent outstanding to come from the bond after a 3 year tenancy....
