Electrical Certificates

Safety is a top priority but some things are required in Law. We understand the requirement and can provide this whether you are a current customer or not.

It is now law that a property must have a 5 Year electrical Certificate. It's important to get the right balance of cost and trust for this work as any faults found will require remedial work within 28 days to comply with legislation. This inspection report is valid for 5 Years and is required to demonstrate the safe working electrics at the property rented out.

Some common considerations are whether the property has a modern trip style consumer unit with RCD protection and earth bonding to services. These points give an indication as to the main upgrades that could be needed.
